When saving your image or project in the Photo Editor, Graphic Designer, or Collage Maker, you have the option to save to BeFunky. This will hold your creation on our servers, and you can access it anywhere when you log in to your account! If instead, you'd like to save to your computer, we have a guide for that, too.
Saving as an Image
Step 2a: Once you're ready to save your image, click on the Save dropdown that’s located on your Main Navigation bar, then select BeFunky from the list.
Step 2b: Enter a title for your project, you can rename this anytime from your My Photos page. You can also enter hashtags in this section.
Pro Tip: Once you have removed the background of an image, we recommend saving as a PNG. This will automatically detect any transparencies in the image and keep them transparent. This is ideal for saving images as layers to use later, or for printing. If saved as a JPG, any transparent background will be white when uploaded.
Step 3: Choose the format (JPG or PNG) and Quality to save in. After clicking the Save button, your image will be prepared and sent to your My Photos page.
Important Note: For more information about the My Photos page, check out our article on Image Privacy.
Saving as a Project
You can also save your project with layers intact to continue editing later. Click the Save as a Project and select BeFunky. You can also save the project to a folder for better organization!
