We make it easy for you to cancel your BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro subscription. When you cancel your subscription you'll maintain access to the premium features for your plan until the end of your current billing period.
Important Note: This article applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through the BeFunky website.
If you upgrade your subscription via your smartphone app, you will need to manage the subscription in the respective app store.
Step 1: Go to your Account page by clicking your avatar icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Scroll down your Account page to the Subscription section, then click Cancel My Subscription.
Step 3: In case of accidental clicks, we ask you to confirm your subscription cancelation
Can't Find the Cancel Subscription Option?
If you don't see the Cancel My Subscription option on your Account page, one of the following may apply:
You Purchased Through an App Store
If you upgraded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription must be managed through the same app store account used to make the purchase.

You May Be Signed In to the Wrong BeFunky Account
If your Account page shows BeFunky Free but you're seeing subscription charges on your payment method, you may be signed in to a different BeFunky account than the one associated with your subscription.
