What Happens to Subscription Credits When I Cancel?
Subscription Credits are the monthly credits included with your BeFunky Plus or Pro subscription.
Any remaining Subscription Credits become unavailable when your subscription ends. Unused Subscription Credits do not carry over after the end of your subscription.
What Happens to Top-Up Credits When I Cancel?
Top-up Credits are additional credits purchased separately from the monthly credits included with your subscription.
Purchased Top-up Credits remain available for 90 days after your subscription ends. If you resubscribe within that 90-day period, your remaining Top-up Credits will still be available on your account.
