You can change your BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro subscription at any time from your Account Page. Available options may vary depending on your current subscription plan and billing cycle.
Important Note: Your upgraded subscription will begin immediately after you change your account, and the payment method on file will be charged at that time.
Upgrading Your Subscription
When upgrading from Plus to Pro:
- Your Pro features become available immediately
- Your billing cycle updates when the new subscription begins
- Your payment method will be charged immediately
When upgrading from monthly to yearly billing:
- Your yearly subscription begins immediately
- Your payment method will be charged immediately
- Any applicable prorated pricing or discounts will be shown before confirming the change
Downgrading From Pro to Plus
When downgrading from Pro to Plus:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle
- Pro Subscription Credits expire once your account switches to Plus
- Unused Top-up Credits remain available for up to 90 days after your Pro subscription ends
If you resubscribe to Pro within 90 days, your remaining Top-up Credits will become available again. Learn more about Pro subscription credits.
How to Change Your Subscription
Step 1: Sign in to your BeFunky account.
Step 2: Open your Account Page.
Step 3: Select the available subscription change option for your current plan.
Step 4: Review your updated subscription details and confirm the change.
Once your subscription update is complete, your new plan details will appear on your Account Page.
