Can I Get a Refund for My BeFunky Subscription?

All purchases of BeFunky Plus and Pro subscriptions are final and are non-refundable, per our policy. This is outlined in our Terms of Service and Renewal Policy.

Users are notified of this policy at the time of purchase and in the emailed receipt. If a subscription is not canceled before the end of a trial period or before the next renewal date, the resulting charge is non-refundable.

Website Subscription Purchases

BeFunky Plus and Pro subscriptions purchased directly through the BeFunky website are subject to BeFunky's refund policy.

Mobile App Store Subscription Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, BeFunky cannot issue refunds for those purchases. Mobile app store subscriptions are billed and managed directly by Apple and Google, and any refund requests must be submitted through the same platform used to make the purchase.
