How Do I Cancel My Mobile Subscription?

If you'd like to cancel your BeFunky Plus mobile subscription, the steps depend on where you originally purchased it. Mobile subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be canceled through the same app store account used to make the purchase.

For privacy and security, BeFunky cannot modify, cancel, or manage mobile app store subscriptions on your behalf. Subscription changes must be completed through Apple or Google.

Important Note: If you upgraded through the BeFunky website, you will need to cancel through your BeFunky Account page. Website purchases will not appear in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

How to Cancel an Apple App Store Subscription

If you upgraded through the Apple App Store, your subscription must be managed through the Apple ID used to make the purchase.

  • Open the BeFunky app and select Account from the menu.
  • Scroll to Subscription and select Manage Your Subscription on App Store.

You can also manage or cancel your subscription directly through Apple Subscriptions.

How to Cancel a Google Play Subscription

If you upgraded through Google Play, your subscription must be managed through the Google account used to make the purchase.

Can't Find Your Subscription?

If you can't find your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions, one of the following may apply:

Signed In to the Wrong App Store Account

App store subscriptions are linked to the Apple ID or Google account used at the time of purchase. If you don't see your subscription, make sure you're signed in to the correct Apple ID or Google account.

Purchased Through the BeFunky Website

If you upgraded through the BeFunky website, your subscription won't appear in Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Website subscriptions are managed through your BeFunky Account page.

Signed In to the Wrong BeFunky Account

If your Account page shows BeFunky Free but you're seeing subscription charges, you may be signed in to a different BeFunky account than the one associated with your subscription.
