You can cancel your Plus subscription anytime from your My Account page of your BeFunky profile.
Important Note: If you upgrade your subscription via your smartphone app, you will need to manage the subscription in the respective app store.
Step 1: Navigate to your My Account page by clicking your avatar icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: After opening your account page, under My Subscriptions select Cancel My Subscription.
Important Note: If you see 'BeFunky Free' on your Account page, and have charges to your credit card, you are likely signed into the wrong account. Follow the instructions found here: Your Plus Account is Showing as Free to locate your Plus subscription account.
Step 3: After clicking the Cancel My Subscription link, a secondary pop-up box will appear allowing you to confirm your cancellation, with the date your subscription will remain active. You will also get an email to the email address linked to the subscription, confirming the cancellation.
Step 4: Select the Cancel Subscription button to confirm your cancellation.
