You can change your BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro subscription from your Account Page. Depending on your current plan, you may be able to upgrade from Plus to Pro, change from monthly to yearly billing, or downgrade from Pro to Plus.
Available subscription changes may vary depending on your current plan and billing cycle.
Important Note: Subscription upgrades begin immediately, and the payment method on file will be charged when you confirm the change. A downgrade from BeFunky Pro to Plus takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Important Note: These instructions apply to subscriptions purchased through the BeFunky website. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription must be managed through the same app store account used to make the purchase. Upgrade From BeFunky Plus to Pro
Upgrading from BeFunky Plus to BeFunky Pro gives you access to all Plus features along with Pro features such as Batch AI Editor and Batch Background Remover.
When you upgrade from Plus to Pro:
- Your Pro features become available immediately.
- Your billing cycle updates when the new Pro subscription begins.
- The payment method on file is charged when you confirm the upgrade.
- Your Pro subscription includes 5,000 Subscription Credits per month for Image Generator and supported Pro credit-based tools.

Change From Monthly to Yearly Billing
If the yearly billing option is available for your current subscription, you can change from a monthly BeFunky subscription to yearly billing from your Account Page.
When changing from monthly to yearly billing:
- Your yearly subscription begins immediately.
- The payment method on file is charged when you confirm the change.
- Any applicable prorated pricing or discounts are shown before you confirm the subscription change.
Downgrade From BeFunky Pro to Plus
If you downgrade from BeFunky Pro to BeFunky Plus, your Pro subscription remains active through the end of your current billing cycle. Your account then switches to Plus.
When your account changes from Pro to Plus:
- Your Pro features remain available until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Any remaining Pro Subscription Credits become unavailable when the Pro subscription ends.
- Your active Plus subscription includes 1,000 Subscription Credits per month for use with Image Generator.
- Purchased Top-up Credits remain available while your eligible BeFunky Plus subscription is active.
Important Note: After your account switches to BeFunky Plus, both Plus Subscription Credits and available Top-up Credits can only be used with Image Generator. Plus credits cannot be used to process images with Batch AI Editor or Batch Background Remover.

How to Change Your BeFunky Subscription
Step 1: Sign in to the BeFunky account associated with your subscription.
Step 2: Open your Account Page.
Step 3: In the Subscription section, select the available option for the subscription change you want to make.
Step 4: Review the new plan, billing details, and any charges shown before confirming the change.
Step 5: Confirm the subscription change.
Once the update is complete, your current subscription details will appear on your Account Page.
Pro Tip: If the subscription change you want is not available on your Account Page, review the options available for your current plan and billing cycle before making another change.
