You can permanently delete your BeFunky account from your Account Page. Deleting your account removes the account and the files and content stored with it.
After starting the account deletion process, BeFunky will send you a confirmation email. You must follow the link in that email within 24 hours to complete the deletion. If the link expires, you'll need to start the process again.
Important: Deleting your BeFunky account is permanent and will remove saved projects, images, Image Generations, and other files stored in your account. If you only want to stop future subscription renewals and keep your account and saved content, do not delete your account. Instead, cancel your BeFunky subscription.
How to Delete Your BeFunky Account
Step 1: Sign in to your BeFunky account and open your Account Page. Select Delete Account.
Step 2: A confirmation window will appear. Select Yes, Delete My Account to continue.
Step 3: Check your email for the account deletion confirmation message. Make sure you're signed in to the BeFunky account you're deleting, then select the confirmation link in the email.
The confirmation link must be used within 24 hours. If the link expires, return to your Account Page and restart the account deletion process.
Canceling a Subscription vs. Deleting Your Account
Canceling and deleting are different actions. If you only want to stop future subscription payments, you do not need to delete your BeFunky account.
- Cancel your subscription to stop future renewals while keeping your BeFunky account and saved content.
- Delete your account to permanently remove your BeFunky account and the content stored with it.

Purchased Your Subscription Through Apple or Google Play?
If you purchased your BeFunky subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the subscription is managed through the same app store account used to make the purchase.
