Are you having trouble accessing your BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro features? If your subscription is active but you're prompted to upgrade when trying to use a Plus or Pro feature, you may be signed out or signed in to a different BeFunky account.
Use the troubleshooting steps below to confirm you're signed in to the account associated with your subscription.
Troubleshooting BeFunky Plus or Pro Access
Step 1: Go to the Sign In page and make sure you're signed in using the email address and sign-in method associated with your Plus or Pro subscription.
Step 2: Go to your Account page and verify that the correct BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro subscription appears on the account.
Important Note: If you use Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email address, your BeFunky account may be associated with an Apple private relay email address. Make sure you're using the same Apple sign-in method associated with your subscription.
Step 3: If your Plus or Pro subscription does not appear on your Account page, you may be signed in to a different BeFunky account associated with another email address or sign-in method.
Follow the troubleshooting steps in Your Plus or Pro Account is Showing as Free to help locate the account associated with your subscription.
If you've completed those steps and still cannot locate your Plus or Pro account, please contact BeFunky Support for additional help.
Have Credits but Can't Access Batch AI Editor or Batch Background Remover?
If you have an active BeFunky Plus subscription and can see Subscription Credits on your account, this does not mean that Pro Batch tools are included with your subscription.
Important Note: BeFunky Plus includes 1,000 Subscription Credits per month that can only be used with Image Generator. Plus credits cannot be used with Batch AI Editor or Batch Background Remover. These tools require a BeFunky Pro subscription.
BeFunky Pro includes access to Batch AI Editor and Batch Background Remover, along with Pro Subscription Credits that can be used with supported Pro Batch AI tools.

Still Can't Access Your Subscription Features?
If your Account page shows the correct BeFunky Plus or Pro subscription but you still cannot access the features included with your plan, please contact BeFunky Support for additional help.
