Signing In to Your BeFunky Account

Signing in to your BeFunky account gives you access to everything you've saved, including your projects, images, account settings, and preferences. If you're a BeFunky Plus or Pro subscriber, signing in also unlocks your subscription features so you can continue editing without interruption. Best of all, your account travels with you. Sign in on any supported web browser or the BeFunky mobile app to access your saved content and account information across your devices.

Sign In to Your BeFunky Account

Step 1: Open BeFunky

  • On the web: Select Sign In
  • In the mobile app: Open the menu (☰) and select Sign In.
BeFunky Sign In page showing the available sign-in options.

Step 2: Choose the same sign-in method you used when you created your BeFunky account.

Step 3: Complete the sign in process

Once you're signed in, you'll have access to your saved projects and images, account settings, and any BeFunky Plus or Pro features associated with your account.

Forgot Your Password?

If it's been a while since you signed in and you can't remember your password, select Forgot your Password? on the sign-in page or follow the steps in Changing or Resetting Your Password.

If you don't receive a password reset email:

  • Check your Spam or Junk folder.
  • Verify you're using the correct email address.
  • Try another email address you may have used.
  • If you signed up with Google, Apple, or Facebook, sign in using that same method instead.

Signed In, But Missing Your Projects or Subscription?

If your saved projects are missing or your account shows BeFunky Free even though you have a Plus or Pro subscription, you're most likely signed in to a different BeFunky account than the one where your projects or subscription are stored.

Sign out of BeFunky and try signing in again using:

  • The email address shown on your BeFunky purchase receipt (if you have a subscription).
  • Another email address you may have used, including an old, work, school, or shared household email address.
  • The same Google, Apple, or Facebook account you originally used to create your BeFunky account. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you're selecting the correct one.
  • If you signed in with Apple, check whether you used Hide My Email. Your BeFunky account may be associated with an Apple private relay email address.

If you're trying to locate a Plus or Pro subscription, it can also help to confirm whether it was purchased through the BeFunky website, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store.
