If you need a receipt for a BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro subscription payment, subscription renewal, or Top-up Credit purchase, you can view and download it from your BeFunky Account Page.
How to View and Download Your BeFunky Receipts
Your Billing History includes receipts for BeFunky Plus, BeFunky Pro, and Top-up Credit purchases made directly through BeFunky.
Step 1: Sign in to your BeFunky account and open your Account Page.
Step 2: Select View next to Billing History.
Step 3: Browse your payment history and select the receipt you want to view or download.
Your BeFunky receipt includes information about the purchase, such as the purchase date, subscription plan or Top-up Credit purchase, amount charged, and payment method.
Important Note: Receipts from the past two years are available from your Account Page. If you need a copy of an older BeFunky receipt, contact BeFunky Support.
Can't Find a Receipt in Your Billing History?
If you don't see the subscription or payment receipt you're looking for in your BeFunky Billing History, it may be because:
- The payment was made through a different BeFunky account.
- You're signed in with a different email address than the one used to make the purchase.
- The subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- The receipt is more than two years old.
If your BeFunky Plus or Pro subscription appears as a Free account, see Your Plus or Pro Account is Showing as Free for help locating the account associated with your subscription.
Receipts for Apple App Store or Google Play Purchases
If you purchased your BeFunky subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your receipt is issued directly by Apple or Google. App store purchase receipts do not appear in your BeFunky Billing History.
