Are you having trouble accessing your BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro features? If your subscription is active, but you are prompted to upgrade when trying to use Plus or Pro features, you may be signed out or signed into the wrong account. The steps to resolve this are the same for both Plus and Pro accounts.
Common issues
Step 1: Make sure you are signed into your Plus or Pro account by going to the Sign In page and signing in with your subscription account credentials.
Step 2: Check that you are signed into the correct account by going to your Account page.
Apple users have the option to anonymize email addresses. If you use this feature, be sure to verify that you are signing in with the private relay email assigned to you.
Step 3: If you believe you are signed into the wrong account but cannot recall which email address is linked to your Plus or Pro account, please contact us for help locating your subscription.
