All purchases of BeFunky Plus subscriptions are final and are non-refundable, per our policy. This is covered in our Terms of Service as well as our Renewal Policy. All users are notified of this policy at the time of purchase and in the emailed receipt. If you have failed to cancel your subscription before the end of a trial period or before your renewal date, you will be responsible for the charge on the subscription.
If you have subscribed via mobile, your subscription is managed by your respective mobile app store, either the Google Play Store or iOS App Store. In order to request a refund for a mobile subscription, you will need to reach out to them directly to do so.
