Your Plus or Pro Account is Showing as Free

If you are seeing a charge for a subscription or know you have a BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro account, but your account status is displaying as BeFunky Free, you are likely signed into the wrong account. The process for locating your subscription account is the same for both Plus and Pro accounts.

Each BeFunky account is linked to a unique email address. Since your Plus or Pro subscription is connected to the email address used during sign-up, you will need to sign in with the correct account to manage your subscription.

Important Note: Apple users have the option to anonymize email addresses. If you use this feature, be sure to verify that you are signing in with the private relay email assigned to you. Please refer to Apple's support pages to learn more about this feature: iCloud User Guide and What is Hide My Email?

Step 1: To find the email address associated to your Plus or Pro account, you'll want to use the Forgot your password link on the sign-in window.

A password reset link will only be sent if there is an active BeFunky account associated with the email address you entered. If the email address is not linked to an active account, no password reset link will be sent.

Step 2: If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folders. Receiving the password reset email confirms that the email address is linked to a BeFunky account.

Important Note: Additionally, if you do not see the email, try a different email address. Consider checking older email accounts (e.g., work, school, or hobby-related) and the email addresses of household members who might have access to your billing information.

Step 3: Once you have located an account, verify the account status by signing in and going to your Account page. Your account status will display as Free, Plus, or Pro.
