How Do I Cancel My BeFunky Plus or Pro Subscription?

You can cancel your BeFunky Plus or BeFunky Pro subscription at any time from your BeFunky Account page. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period and will not renew automatically.

Important Note: This article applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through the BeFunky website.
If you upgrade your subscription via your smartphone app, you will need to manage the subscription in the respective app store. 

Step 1: Navigate to your My Account page by clicking your avatar icon in the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2: After opening your account page, under My Subscription, select Cancel My Subscription.

Step 3: After clicking the Cancel My Subscription link, a secondary pop-up box will appear, allowing you to confirm your cancellation, with the date your subscription will remain active. You will also get an email to the email address linked to the subscription, confirming the cancellation.

Step 4: Select the Cancel Subscription button to confirm your cancellation.
Step 5: Once the subscription has been set to cancel, a confirmation email will be sent. Please check your Spam/junk folder if you do not see it. You may want to keep the cancellation email for reference purposes in the future. 

Can't Find the Cancel Subscription Option?

If you don't see the Cancel My Subscription option on your Account page, one of the following may apply:

  • You Purchased Through an App Store

This article applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through the BeFunky website. If you upgraded through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription must be managed through the same app store account used to make the purchase.

  • You May Be Signed In to the Wrong BeFunky Account

If your Account page shows BeFunky Free but you're seeing subscription charges on your payment method, you may be signed in to a different BeFunky account than the one associated with your subscription.

Apple users have the option to anonymize email addresses. If you use this feature, be sure to verify that you are signing in with the private relay email assigned to you. Please refer to Apple's support pages to learn more about this feature: iCloud User Guide and What is Hide My Email?
