Working With The Batch Editor

BeFunky's Batch Tools let you edit multiple images at once, making it easier to apply consistent edits across a group of photos.

Some Batch Tools use credits when AI edits are processed. Using smaller selections, Preview, Customize, and Download throughout your workflow can help you test your results and avoid unnecessary reprocessing.

Select the Batch Tool

Step 1: Open the Photo Editor and select Batch at the top.

Manage Your Tools

Reorder, add, and remove your tools for a more efficient workflow.  By customizing your tool menu and narrowing down your selection, you can minimize the amount of searching, but still have the option to add more tools as you move through your editing process.

Add Images

Select Add Images to upload your batch, or drag and drop images directly onto the canvas.

You can continue adding images at any time. Newly added images will not automatically inherit edits that have already been applied to your batch.

Edit Your Images

Use the left-side toolbar to apply edits across your batch. Each tool includes its own settings and customization options.

You can:

• Apply the same edits to every image in the batch.
• Apply edits to only selected images.
• Customize individual images separately.
• Create multiple variations within the same batch.

Preview Your Results

After processing an edit, use the Preview option to view a larger version of an image before deciding whether additional changes are needed.

Previewing your results first can help you identify which images need additional adjustments instead of reprocessing the entire batch and spending extra credits.

You can download the edited batch or select images (without using credits) and then continue to customize the images as needed.

Customize Individual Images

If an individual image needs additional adjustments, select the Customize icon to fine-tune it without making the same changes to the rest of your batch.

While customizing, you can preview different adjustments and download versions of the image as you work. If you like a result, download it before continuing with additional changes.

This is especially useful when comparing different versions. Saving a result you already like means you won't need to recreate it later by processing the same AI edit again.

Adjusting customization settings does not use credits. Credits are only deducted when you process an AI edit.

Save Images as You Work

You don't have to wait until you've finished editing your entire batch to save your images. If you're happy with a result, you can download the full batch or individual images at any point in your workflow.

Downloading an existing result does not use credits. Saving versions as you work can be helpful before experimenting with additional AI edits, since you won't need to process the image again to recreate an earlier result.

Removing Images

If an image no longer needs to be included in your batch, hover over its thumbnail and select the trash can icon, or right-click the image and select Remove.

To remove all images at once, select Clear All.

Save Your Batch

When you're ready to download your entire batch, you can save all of your edited images at once. Saving edited images does not deduct credits.

Step 1: Select Save All at the top of the editor.

Step 2: Choose your file format.

Step 3: Rename your files if needed.

Step 4: Select Save Images to download your batch as a ZIP file.

After saving, you can continue editing your current batch if you'd like to create additional versions.

Tips for Making the Most of Your Credits

• Test AI edits on a single image or smaller selection before processing the entire batch.
• Preview processed images before deciding whether they need additional edits.
• Customize individual images instead of reprocessing the entire batch when only a few images need changes.
• Download results you like while customizing before experimenting with additional edits.
• Save your batch as you work so you don't need to recreate earlier results.
