If you have a Basic BeFunky account where you have previously installed fonts, you may see an error message that these fonts are no longer accessible. This will only affect users who dragged-and-dropped a font from your computer into BeFunky, and did not install the font into your computer's Font Book / Manager.
To retrieve your font(s) you will need to install them into your computer's Font Book (Mac) or Font Manager (Windows), then search for the full font name in the search field of BeFunky's fonts once its been installed.
If you are using BeFunky on a Chromebook this method will not work due to the way Chromebooks handle font management. You will need to upgrade to BeFunky Plus to continue to use your own fonts.
You must search for the font name IN FULL for it to appear in search results. Typing only a partial name will not find your font in search results.
For example, if you're looking for the font 'Dancing Script', you need to type out the full name 'Dancing Script', just searching 'Dancing' will not pull up the results you're looking for.
Alternatively, if you have a BFD file saved that is currently using your lost font, open your project file into the BeFunky application and your font will be recovered.
