Saving and Sharing Your Design

You can Save your design as a JPG or PNG file to your Computer or save a .jpg file to BeFunky, Google Drive, or Dropbox. You can also Save a BFD project file to your Computer or BeFunky, this is very handy if you ever want to make future edits to your project. You also have options to share your design to Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

Saving To Your Computer

Step 1: Click the Save option in the top menu bar

Step 2: Select Computer from the drop down menu, type in a filename, and choose between JPG or PNG file types.

The JPG option has a quality slider to control the file size and compression, the lower the number the smaller the file and the more compression. We suggest using a quality of 95 or higher.

PNG does not have compression and will always save at a large file size. You'll especially want to use this file type when your design has transparent areas.

Step 3 (optional): Add a Watermark preset by clicking Use Watermark.

Step 4: Click Save. Your design will be saved to the Downloads folder on your device by default. You can adjust your browser setting so you can choose your download location.
