The Clarity tool can help bring out details of images that may be a little blurry or soft. Although its similar to the Sharpen tool, the Clarity tool doesn’t ‘sharpen’ in the same way. Clarity increases the contrast of the mid-tones in your image, while also reducing any hazing effects. This creates a sharpness effect that can look more natural. You may want to experiment with both tools to see which works better for your particular image.
