Getting Started: First Steps

We strive to provide the best possible image editing capabilities with the easiest possible application, truly allowing anyone to be, well...funky!  
New to BeFunky? You’ve come to the right place! Read through our Getting Started guides on what first steps you need to take to start creating today!

First Steps:

  • If you want to get straight to editing, go right ahead! You don’t need an account to use BeFunky. Head over to our Create page and upload your first photo to get cracking.
  • Once you’re at our Create page, you’ll either go into Photo Editor, Graphic Designer or Collage Maker. Each of these apps lives within BeFunky, and you can easily switch between them depending on what you want to create.
  • Our Getting Started video series provides a general overview of BeFunky. These quick videos will show you how to navigate the application and get an overall sense of using BeFunky. We recommend watching them first to get an idea of how BeFunky works. 
  • When you’re ready to start editing, head over to Create and pull in your first images to get to work!

Signing up: 

While you don’t need an account to use BeFunky, signing up will allow you to create a profile, share your images with other users, save your favorite effects, and allow you to upgrade to BeFunky Plus subscription.

  • Our billing plans are available on monthly or annual payment cycles. On an annual billing plan, the average monthly cost is lower. 
  • Upgrade to paid service to have access to 100s more effects, higher saving resolutions, and more.
  • Your subscription will be automatically auto-renewed at the end of the current cycle. To avoid getting charged
