Step 1: Open an image in the Photo Editor.
Step 2: Select the Fill Light tool from the Edit menu on the left.
Step 3: Adjust the amount of Fill Light by dragging the slider, or inputting your desired amount until you’ve got the perfect amount of balance.
Pro Tip: For making micro-adjustments, you can click on the slider and use the arrow keys on your keyboard to adjust the slider right and left.
Step 4: If you want to get a bit more precise and only adjust the Fill Light in certain areas of your image, click on the Select tab to place the tool in Select mode. Click the Invert Selection icon. Select the Keep button to paint the Fill Light onto the portions of your photo that need it most.
Pro Tip: If you have over-painted and applied the effect to an unwanted area, click the Remove button and paint over the areas to remove the effect.
Step 5: Click Apply to save your changes.
Step 6: Continue adding to and editing your creation. If you're done, be sure to save your project!
