Finding the Name of Your Font from Your Computer

To find a specific font in BeFunky, first check the fonts installed on your computer. You'll need the font's family name, which may be different from the name of the downloaded font file.

Follow the instructions below for macOS or Windows, then enter the displayed font family name into the BeFunky font search field.

macOS

Step 1: Select the magnifying glass icon in the upper-right corner of your screen to open Spotlight Search.

Step 2: Enter Font Book, then open the Font Book app.

Step 3: Select All Fonts to view the fonts available on your computer.

Step 4: Search for and select the font. Use the font family name shown in Font Book when searching for the font in BeFunky. You can also expand the font to view its available styles.

Windows

Step 1: Open Settings on your computer.

Step 2: Select Personalization, then select Fonts.

Step 3: Under Available fonts, enter the font name in the search field.

Step 4: Select the font to view its details and available styles. Use the displayed font family name when searching for the font in BeFunky.
