Troubleshooting
If you have a Plus or Pro subscription but are still seeing watermarks, you may be logged into the wrong account. Follow these steps:
- Visit your Account page to check your account status.
- If your Account page shows a Free account, you are logged into the wrong account.
- Log out of the Free account and log back in with your upgraded account.
- If you are unsure of your Plus or Pro account credentials, use the Find My Password option on the Sign In screen to reset your password.
