If you need a receipt for your BeFunky subscription payment, renewal, or Top-up Credit purchase, you can download it directly from your BeFunky account.
View and Download Your Receipts
You can access receipts for your BeFunky Plus, BeFunky Pro, and Top-up Credit purchases from your Account Page.
Step 1: Go to your Account Page.
Step 2: Select View next to Billing History.
Step 3: Browse your payment history and select the receipt you'd like to view or download.
Your receipt includes details such as the purchase date, subscription plan or credit purchase, amount charged, and payment method.
Important Note: Receipts are only available from the past two years on your Account Page. If you need copies of older receipts, please contact BeFunky Support .
Can't Find a Receipt?
If you don't see a receipt in your Billing History, it may be because:
- The payment was made through a different BeFunky account.
- You are signed in with a different email address than the one used for the purchase.
- The purchase was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Purchased Through Apple or Google?
If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, receipts are issued directly by Apple or Google and are not available in your BeFunky Billing History.
