If BeFunky is unable to access your webcam, your browser may be blocking camera permissions. Follow the instructions below for your browser to allow camera access and start using your webcam in BeFunky.
Before You Begin
If your webcam isn't appearing in BeFunky, try the following:
- Make sure your camera is connected and working in other applications.
- Close any apps that may already be using your camera.
- Verify that your browser has permission to access your camera.
- Refresh the BeFunky page after updating any camera permissions.
Google Chrome
Follow Google's instructions for managing camera permissions in Chrome and make sure BeFunky is listed under your allowed sites.
After updating your settings, refresh the page and reopen the webcam tool.
Mozilla Firefox

After updating your settings, refresh the page and reopen the webcam tool.
Safari
Follow the instructions in the Safari User Guide for your browser version to allow BeFunky access to your camera.

Microsoft Edge

After updating your settings, refresh the page and reopen the webcam tool.
Opera
Follow Opera's instructions for managing camera access and make sure BeFunky is listed under the Allow section for your camera.

Still Having Trouble?
If you've enabled camera permissions and your webcam still isn't working in BeFunky:
- Restart your browser.
- Restart your computer.
- Verify that your webcam works in other websites or applications.
- Make sure no other application is actively using your camera.
