Photo Effects are not working

I am having problems getting the photo effects to load....The system seems to lock up....Any suggestions ?

I get this error stating: our session for the current image timed out. Please re-upload the image to continue working on it. You can save the latest work on your screen.
I got the same problem... the first time that i used was perfect... now the thing just wont upload... some help please
It's the same here ... I cannot upload any picture ... no matter if I am signed in or not .....
I have the same problem, do you have to buy the premium version for it to work?
No, doesnt work with my premium account either...
I am new to this system,It will not create effect I choose.I get a message each time to try again or cancel.

I was wondering why the 'underpainting' effect, will work on some pictures and not others. This particular photo I am trying to use it on, worked fine with the free version, but not now I've upgraded my account :(
ilykee, it probably works but you need to zoom in to the picture to see the details. The Underpainting effect finds more details to process on large pictures. That's why it looks different from the free (smaller pics) version.
Think you look at a realistic painting from a distance. It looks like a photo but when you get closer to it you can see the brush strokes.
The same thing happens when you apply Underpainting to larger photos with your upgraded account.
i tried it again, even if i zoom, it makes no difference. is there an e-mail i can send the examples to?

I was able to do the effects on one photo and it worked perfectly. Now the effects won't work at all. I keep getting the "preparing image" status bar. What's going on?
kris044, that could be due to a heavy user load on our servers. Please let us know if you still have the problem.
