When I click the "Get Started " button, I get stuck on the loading page. The loading bar does not move at all. I've been trying for three days and I can't get it to load. I am using high speed, not dial-up... why isn't it working for me? Thanks.

Hello Swirly,
Did you try to empty cache of your browser? Please try the app after doing that. You can reinstall Flash Player also. Hope this will help...
I have exactly the same problem, emptied my cache, reinstalled flash player and it is still the same. I am stumped. and gutted.
Did you also try the app on another browser?
There's no reason why it shouldn't be downloading. Can you let us know specifically what happens?
I deleted it & started over & it worked! Thanks for responding--I appreciate it!
