Cannot buy Premium-Account

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

yesterday I found this awesome Website and tried to do some Editings and wanted to Upgrade my Account. But there is an HEAVY issue I do not WANT to understand:

 

I wanted to Pay via PayPal, but it said I need a Credit-Card TOO to geht the Account. I'll not accept this. Also I do not Want a Yearly Abonnement, i wan to purchase yearly when I WANT TO DO.

 

Is there a chance that you add this feature to your Upgrade-Sales?

 

Would be really sad when people without credit card (in germany nearly noone has one, it's useless here, cause nobody accept it) cannot use the fantastic AJAX-Tool!

Hello Chris,

We understand your concern but unfortunately  we can't help you about this situation. Credit card necessity is totally about PayPal's procedures. You can contact with PayPal and get more detailed information about this situation and maybe learn some workaround specially for German customers.

Thy for this information, but no, it's your turn. course you set the payment to "monthly" and "yearly" when your customers had the option to say "buy one year membershipt" (cumilative) then there where no problem. I contaced PayPal right after i opened my ticket here and they explained to that this happens only at "montly" and "yearly" payments

It's a different information than we already have. Can you please forward the PayPal's reply to support@befunky.com so we can contact with them and see what can we do about the situation. Of couse it's our will to make it possible for everyone.

  • Sure, will send it to you since i've got the translated version from them (only got the German Version, and i dunno if there's somebody in your team who understand german).

    I'm waiting for it cause, i don't want to translate it wrong, cause my english isn't perfect!

I PAYED FOR  ONE MONTH OF BEFUNKY WITH MY VISA AND ITS NOT GIVING ME THE FULL ACCESS TO THE SITE LIKE PREMIUM EFFECTS I HAVE THE RECIPT IN MY INBOX THAT SAYS I PAYED AND IVE SENT NUMERIOUS MESSAGES AND STILL NO REPLY  THIS WAS 4 DAYS AGO AND I AM REALLY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS I MUST OF SEND 6 EMAILS

Stac3r, we solved the problem and sent you a message. Hope you got it.

Chris, as we talked before, it's totally about a policy of PayPal that preventing you subscribe to BeFunky. PayPal isn't allowing paypal accounts that didn't link to a credit card to pay for a subscription based membership. Sorry for the inconvenience but we have to wait PayPal to make changes on their policy.

Thx Mehmet, that isn't good news.... so i have to order a credit card.... sad, but it seems neccessary, cause this is the very first page which has the right effects for me

Yes Chris, it's sad but we can't do anything about that. :(

The procedure is; if you wanna pay for a service with subscription based model, you have to own a PayPal account with a credit card.

We gonna continue to learn about the procedure and will let you know if anything changes.
