Click on the Reset button on the top menu to remove the effect on your image. This can be done when you try during the same session you applied the effect. If you want to reset a downloaded the image there is no way to do that. You can just use the original image.

BTW, you can only apply one effect to an image, unless you download the effect-applied image and upload it again and apply another effect.
